WHITE OAK MANAGEMENT S.A. has been created on the recognition that there is an increased demand for tailor-made solutions addressed to individual needs. We believe that every client relationship is different as are the needs for the different level of services offered to those individuals.
WHITE OAK opened its doors in July, 2018 after it obtained its autorisation for its activities from the Minister of Finance in Luxembourg.

Dr. Gabor MOCSKONYI
Gabor has studied law in Hungary and received his diploma in law with summa cum laude in the year 2006. Additionally, he pursued special studies in European Union Law in Hungary, then in the fields of finance and law in London and Luxembourg. He started his career working for a law firm then moved to a multi-family office in London where he worked as a legal adviser from 2008 to 2011. In 2011 he moved to Luxembourg, since then he works in the fiduciary and family office sector supporting families, entrepreneurs and businesses. Gabor has vast experience in cross generational wealth and business succession planning in entrepreneur families.

Dávid VÁRSZEGI
Mr. David Varszegi studied at New York University from 1999 until 2002 where he received a BS (Bachelor of Science) in Marketing and International Business while also minoring in politics. Between 2003 and 2004, he continued his studies at the Harvard Extension School from which he received a Certificate of Special Studies in Administration and Management with a primary focus on real estate and finance. In 2018 he completed the Executive MBA program with the University of St. Gallen.
Mr. Várszegi is on the board of a number of investment holding companies and has extensive experience in real estate, finance and business administration, process management.

Christian TAILLEUR
Christian was born in Metz on 17 May 1967, where he lived until 1996, when he moved to establish his family in a village between Metz and Thionville, where he still lives today. Married since 1994, he is the father of 3 children, Mélanie 29, Florian 28 and Lisa 21. After obtaining a degree in economics in 1991, he began working in the banking sector in Luxembourg (October 1991), first at Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi, then at Natexis. He then joined Insinger de Beaufort, an asset management company, in 2000, becoming Director in 2003. He left this company, which had meanwhile been acquired in December 2009, to launch TOTALSERVE Management (Luxembourg) S.A. (now Altum Luxembourg SA) on 1 January 2010, of which he has been Managing Director until 30 June 2024.

Rune WANGSMO
Rune has more than 25 years of international experience in the finance industry. He studied Economics and Finance at the Universität zu Köln in Cologne, Germany, where he received the title Diplom-Volkswirt. He is also a Certified European Financial Analyst (CEFA) from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), and he also attended journalist education at Institutt for Journalistikk, in Norway.
From 2014 he has introduced wealth management solutions and investment opportunities to wealthy individuals, investment companies and institutional investors. From 2006 to 2014, Rune acted as Head of Communications and Marketing at Nordea Private Banking International in Luxembourg and as Head of Communication at a Scandinavian asset manager.
